Extreme obesity

I'll be blunt. At my size, it's hard to find any clothes that fit at all. I know online stores carry much larger sizes, but my fat is weirdly distributed, with huge back rolls and a big belly. If I get just a bit fatter, I'll outgrow everything I've got.
Are there any places that actually have roomy sizes at 6XL plus?

Thanks. I actually found some 6XL pants and shirts at a thrift store. The hips on the last man to wear them must have been astronomical, easily 4 feet across.
